Fear of Public Speaking
The Fear of Public
Speaking is actually a combination of (4) four fears ...
-
Fear of rejection
-
Fear of people
-
Fear of crowds
-
Fear of
non-acceptance
Recent USA Today surveys
have shown that ...
more people are afraid of
public speaking than death itself. Imagine the relief a person feels when
they overcome this lifetime fear.
Here's an example of how Acu-POWER™
has helped someone like you with
their fear of "Public Speaking."
Testimonial:
"I have just never been able to
understand it. I've lead men through the jungle and swamps in Viet Nam, I've
built my own successful business from scratch, but I'm scared to death to speak
in front of strangers in a group, any group.
I've embarrassed my son, by not
being able to speak in front of his baseball team, on the first day, when I was
his coach. It's always easier once I know people - but it's still scary.
I've passed up leadership in my
church because of this fear.
I know its hurt my business by
avoiding industry wide speaking opportunities - but no amount of pride or money
can make it any better,
That is until I tried Dr.
Durlacher's Acu-POWER™ technique.
I was trapped. My best friend
was getting married - I was best man and I promised myself that I'd give the
toast at the wedding.
I was scared - then a golf buddy
of mine who used the Doctor's technique to help his golf game told me about this
book 'Freedom From Fear Forever'. So I got it and read it waiting for a plane
one day.
It only took me about 45 minutes
to treat myself and I swear it was like a 10 ton weight was lifted off my
shoulders ... when I got off that plane on a business trip, I greeted every
stranger I saw ... I even spoke to a luncheon of strangers.
But most importantly - I gave
that toast at my best friend's wedding.
I
can't thank you enough for your discovery Dr. Durlacher.
My life is richer now, I'm even
teaching Sunday School at my church ... I only wish I'd known about this 20
years ago."

Fear of Flying
"The Fear of Flying" is really a
combination of ...
- The fear of heights, (acrophobia or
alto phobia),
- The fear of loss of control
- The fear of tight spaces
(claustrophobia)
- The fear of turbulence
- And the fear of the unknown
The usual way for most people to deal
with this fear is to medicate themselves either with tranquilizers or
alcohol.
Or some folks take left brained oriented
"desensitizing classes". You know the ones where they try to convince you
that the plane is safe and the fear is just in your head ... well it's not
in your head. It's in your body - as you keep reading the site we'll explain
why.
Other fearful flyers get on the therapist
couch and spend months delving into their subconscious ... answering
question after question.
The real question is, do you want to
know why you have the fear of flying? Or do you want to get over it NOW and
get on that plane to Hawaii?
Dr. Durlacher likes to point out that in
the time it takes you to pack for a weekend trip (say 15 minutes) you could
beat your fear of flying and fly stress free for the rest of your life.
If you came to his office he would charge
you $150 and guarantee your results, curing your fear of flying in a 10-30
minute treatment session. Of course your alternative would be to just
purchase "Freedom From Fear Forever" and do it yourself.
Here's what a "fearful flyer" has to say
about Dr. Durlacher's technique.
Testimonial:
"I am so grateful to you for
removing my fear of flying which is almost unbelievable after just one
fifteen minute session.
Before the treatment I would
hold on the arm of my seat with a death grip. I would not converse with
anyone and would sit holding my breath until I would almost pass out.
I would be so weak when I
arrived at my destination I could not function.
I had not flown in eighteen
years before your treatment because of the previously mentioned symptoms.
You have improved my lifestyle tremendously!"

Fear
of the Dentist
Fear of the Dentist is a
combination of the following fears ... and depending on the state of
your teeth you may have some of these with good reason.
This same fear is common
in small children when they make their first visit to the barber ...
just replace fear of needles with fear of scissors and strangers.
Many Dentists or their assistants learn
the technique to help patients overcome their fear of needles and their
general fear of dental treatments.
Here's
what Acu-POWER™
has done with the problem.
A patient of Dr. Durlacher's
appeared rather tense as he was treating her for a physical problem.
On inquiry, she shared that
she was worried about her dental appointment that afternoon. She said
that she was terrified by needles and would have to have a shot of
Novocain as she was having a cavity drilled and filled.
Dr. Durlacher asked if she
would like to release the fear ... and she said that she did, but doubted
that anything or anyone could do it ... . as she had the fear as long since
she could remember.
After following Dr.
Durlacher's instructions by tapping on specific acupressure points while she
was thinking of her fear it was gone.
She said that she doubted if
it would last especially when she saw the dentist coming at he with the
Novocain needle.
That evening she called Dr.
Durlacher exclaiming,
"It
worked! I never felt so calm. Usually I hold the dental chair arm rests with
death grip and this time I just lay there calm and relaxed. I can hardly
believe it. It was amazing!"
Fear
of Heights
Did you know that
you were only born with two fears? The fear of falling and the fear of loud noises - you had to learn every
other fear you have.
The Fear of Heights
is usually a combination of ...
This fear may
manifest itself as a fear of driving over bridges or freeway overpasses,
the fear of climbing a ladder or looking out of a glass elevator.
On one TV appearance
Dr. Durlacher cured 3 different people of their fear of heights in one
segment.
One
person was afraid to climb on a ladder over 2 steps ... after a few
minutes they climbed to the top of a 12 foot ladder.
One
person who couldn't stand looking over the edge of anything over 1
story and couldn't walk to the edge to see the view of a hotel lobby
from the 5th floor - he mastered his fear in minutes.
What's funny
about that guy is that he was an air traffic control and worked
in a tower everyday of his life. He commented before the
treatment - "I work in a tower - but I never look over the edge
of the rail - I just keep my eyes on my screen and on the
horizon looking for planes."
The
final person was afraid of glass elevators and had to face the door
whenever she was forced to ride in one. She loved the
Acu-POWER™
treatment and went from fearing glass elevators to riding roller
coasters.
Here's another remarkable testimony from another of Dr. Durlacher's
patients.
"I was being treated for
a shoulder and arm problem and after the treatment I was telling Dr.
Durlacher that it seemed strange that in recent years I had become very
uncomfortable with heights.
Ironically, I was a
paratrooper in the Army and had made hundreds of jumps from many heights but
in recent years, even looking over a rail from the second story of a hotel
lobby made me squeamish.
He said, "Let's fix
that." And in about four minutes of my tapping on a place on my face under
my eyes, my fear was gone.
I had to go on a business
trip and my room was on the third floor of the hotel. There was a rail on
the balcony overlooking the atrium and I was looking at the people below and
suddenly realized that all the squeamishness I had in the past was gone.
In fact, previous to this
I was very cautious about getting anywhere near the rail because of how it
would make me feel.
It was amazing! I had
forgotten that I had a fear and when I was at the rail. All the fear,
squeamishness and nausea was gone! I actually enjoyed the view!"

Here's another "Fear of Heights" Example
"I must share another
experience concerning my wife.
She had always been very
scared of heights, particularly while driving in the mountains with cliffs
dropping off hundreds of feet at the edge of the road.
When she had to drive to
our summer place in the mountains she used to get almost frantic with fear.
After one 10 minute
Acu-POWER™
treatment all the fear was gone and now she actually enjoys her drives in
the mountains!"

Fear
of Insects
Whether it's spiders,
cockroaches, or flies many people have a fear of insects.
Usually the fear is the
combination of ...
On a TV appearance on
Channel 3 in Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Durlacher took a very popular news
anchor from being deathly afraid of a rubber spider to having a live
tarantula crawl all over his hands ... from deathly fear to fearless
in less than 10 minutes.
Here's another "Insect Phobia" report.
Shortly after Dr.
Durlacher married his wife he found she had a phobia about spiders-
arachnophobia.
Her fear was so bad that
she seemed to see spiders everywhere. They appeared to come down from
the ceiling right in front of her face.
Very soon after learning
how to treat phobias he decided to "practice" his new skill on his wife.
(After all, if it didn't work at least she wouldn't ask for her money
back!) After about ten minutes of treatment she announced that her fear
was gone! Now she finds spiders interesting and "cute".
Recently, Dr. Durlacher
had to purchase a Tarantula, (you know the kind that are always features
in those horror movies) which he used to demonstrate on the TV
appearance listed in the story above.
It was in his house for
a few days before the TV appearance, and much to his amusement his wife
was actually playing with the Tarantula!
That was over 20 years
after her only treatment for her fear of spiders.
Fear
of Snakes
No one seems to know why
so many people have a fear of snakes.
Whether if comes from
their bad press, starting with Adam and Eve or because they're always a
villain in the movies, everyone seems to have a fear or loathing for
snakes.
The fear of snakes, like
the fear of insects, covers the following aspects ...
Dr. Durlacher has helped
hundreds of people with this fear.
Here's an example.
Just northeast of
Phoenix, AZ there is a wild animal park called Out Of Africa.
Among the numerous wild
animals is their snake exhibit. Dr. Durlacher was asked by the owner if
he would attempt to cure someone of their fear of snakes - ophidiophobia.
After the owner
explained to the crowd that fear is a natural part of survival but
irrational fear is not, he asked if there was anyone in the audience who
was afraid of snakes.
At first no one raised
their hand although one of the park volunteers was seen running from the
area trembling and in tears.
Finally one young father
was seen being pushed forward by his children. (It was later found
that he had told his children the night before not to be afraid of new
and different kinds of animals.)
"Jerry" was so afraid
of snakes that just the sight of the eight foot python made him tremble.
When asked if he could or would touch the snake he refused. Reluctantly
he agreed to be treated by Dr. Durlacher.
Two minutes later he was
able to touch the snake!
After ten minutes more
treatment he was asked to hold the snake.
Much to his and the
audience's amazement he allowed the python to be draped across his
shoulders and he actually went around the rail showing it to the
audience and allowing them to pet the snake.
He was actually smiling
and telling the audience how enjoyable it was.
In February 1999, Dr.
Durlacher was featured on Good Morning Arizona Ch. 3 TV, Phoenix, AZ.
There he cured a TV studio staff member of her Fear of Snakes on
live TV. She went from being afraid of a rubber snake to having a "7
foot long Boa Constrictor" wrap around her neck.
